COOL - Central Office On-Line

Authorized users for student organizations can access one or multiple accounts and perform the following on-line banking functions:

· Request checks for payees

· Attach receipts directly to check requests

· View account payments, deposits, transfers, and balances

· Electronically track and view approvals for payments

· Download and export data to Excel (.xls), or a Comma Separated Value (.csv)

· Download and create a report in Word (.doc) or Adobe (.pdf) format

 · Create Ecommerce items

 · Electronically track and view approvals

· Maintain inventory

 · Fulfill orders

 · Push items to customers shopping cart

 · Manage member only access

FACES and COOL have a built-in security that allows the business office to define users by organization. These users have controlled access to their individual account. FACES and COOL have the ability to replace the internal security with the educational institution's CAS system.

FACES and COOL have both been tested and operate successfully on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome.
