Customers may shop by Organization or Category. They may select items from multiple organizations and pay with a single transaction. Organizations may brand their storefront and provide customers with a link directly into their storefront.

Interface formatted for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Configured to work with education institutional credit card processors. Customized interface to processor.

Items can defined by color/size. Sales can either be limited to inventory or can be used for tracking pre sales. Inventory can be refreshed and individual commodities availability may be turned off and on. 

Sell items with a unique tracking number. Record distribution of individual items. TooCOOL supports the generation of tickets that can be controlled and limited through the inventory process.

Coupons may be created for items. Limits for total quantity, quantity/sale and quantity/individual may be set.

Items may be limited to individuals with institutional email accounts.

Item sales may be limited to a set number of items.

Items sales may be limited per customer.

System calculates and collects sales tax. Sales tax payments may be calculated and generated in FACES and charged out to organizational accounts.

Shipping may be charged. TooCOOL supports items that may also be elected or limited to local pick up.

Credit card processing fees may be calculated and charged to student organizations in FACES.

An unlimited number of pictures, forms and documents may be attached to the items in the catalog for display in the storefront.

Organizations may personal shop for customers by pushing items into a shopping cart. This allows the customer to  pay for items without having to shop or with guest checkout, even login.

TooCOOL allows both internal user accounts as well as supporting CAS login through the educational institution and Guest Checkout.

Items may be setup as "member only". TooCOOL and COOL support a system of membership request and membership list control.
