FACES is utilized by the bursars and business offices to manage and maintain all the accounting transactions for each student organization. This eliminates the need to track each organization separately from the main operating fund.

COOL is an add-on application that interfaces with FACES to provide student organizations access to on-line banking transactions. Receipts are collected and payments are generated and processed without a trip to the business office.

TooCOOL completes the suite by 

providing student organizations access to ecommerce functions. Allowing the collection of dues and fees as well as the sale of organization merchandise. All managed in COOL and controlled by the business office in FACES.
